We make winding with angle 15-45 degrees, and inner structure of tubes to be approved with customer
15 degrees make tube more bending resistant
while 45 degrees make tube more flexible.
At all, winding angle is a key to find a balance between frame weight, stiffness, fragility, and shock adsorption.
Finally, well balanced frame tubing means high ride quality.
We also offer many patterns, with initial or intensive sanding
We also can add aramide filament inside carbon tube to increase shock adsorption properties
