Carbon tubes for drones and UAVs

We produce carbon fiber tubes by filament winding for drones application

Our tubes are cylindrical and straight

Min. inside diameter is 6mm. Wall thicknes 0.8 to 3+ mm (by customer specification)

Filament winding angle from 5 to 85 degrees

We can vary winding angles inside tube layers to find balance between drone body weight, stiffness, fragility, and shock adsorption

Tubes are available in original form (never sanded), or sanded (initial sanding as well as intensive sanding)

Carbon tubes are lightweight (1.5g cc) and as strong as a steel
